How Matching Works
The marketplace connects customers with the right operators, but the customer always chooses.
- Filter by service area. Only operators who have configured your pickup and dropoff locations appear in results.
- Filter by vehicle type and capacity. Results match the vehicle type and passenger count the customer requested.
- Filter by availability. Only operators with available vehicles on the requested date are shown.
- Ranked by relevance. Results are sorted by a combination of price, rating, and response time, rewarding quality operators.
- Customers choose. There is no auto-assignment. Customers review profiles, compare options, and pick the operator they want.
How Payments Work
Powered by Stripe Connect. Secure, automatic, and hands-off for operators.
Customer pays through the platform
All payments flow through Letz Charter. Secure checkout, receipts, and records, handled automatically.
Deposit at booking
25-50% deposit collected at the time of booking. The exact percentage is configurable by the operator.
Balance due before the trip
Remaining balance is due 7 days before the trip date. The timing is configurable per operator.
Automatic split
Stripe automatically splits each payment: your share goes to your bank, the platform commission is deducted.
Fast payouts
Payouts arrive in your bank account within 2 business days. No invoicing, no chasing payments.
You never handle card data
Stripe handles all sensitive payment information. You never see or store credit card numbers.
